Compare Driving Instructors (“we”, “us”) operates https://www.comparedrivinginstructors.co.uk. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
We collect data you provide directly: name, email address, phone number and postcode when you submit an enquiry or register as an instructor. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security purposes.
Enquiry data is shared with the instructor or school you contact so they can respond to you. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may use your email address to send service-related communications.
Enquiry records are kept for 12 months then deleted. Instructor and school profile data is kept for as long as the profile is active plus 90 days after deletion.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at admin@comparedrivinginstructors.co.uk.
We use a session cookie for form submissions and a security cookie for admin login. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
