Unclaimed profile enquiry and claim guide
A released enquiry is a genuine learner opportunity. Claiming is separate and remains free.
  1. Open the email sent to the professional address held on the profile.
  2. Select View and respond.
  3. Review the learner request on the secure CDI page.
  4. Reply or decline before the link expires.
  5. Use Claim my free profile to control future enquiries, prices and availability.

The response link is limited to that enquiry and does not provide access to other profile data.
